Ignition Block Relay

A relay module that enables remote vehicle immobilization through the Ruptela tracker. When activated by the fleet manager, it safely disables the ignition circuit, preventing unauthorized vehicle use. Includes safety features to prevent disabling while the vehicle is in motion.
